If you are a nonprofit grassroots organization just getting started, interested in deepening your work, or looking to improve your programs, or if you are a foundation, I would be delighted to support you in advancing your mission and vision.

Education Systems

If you are a K12 school system, postsecondary institution, state education agency, or R&D and policy organization, I would be delighted to partner with you to achieve transformational change toward educational equity.

“I had the opportunity to work with Eliza when she served as interim executive director for a nonprofit organization that was in a state of transition. Eliza was instrumental in leading strategic planning, assessing organizational strengths and areas of growth, facilitating staff retreats focused on improving programs, co-writing an evaluation report, and collaborating with the Board of Directors on a proposal and business development plan. It was a pleasure working with Eliza. I appreciated her collaborative nature, astute awareness of the landscape, and commitment to supporting underserved communities.”
