“I had the pleasure of working with Eliza Fabillar on a large-scale project involving her team and district leadership when I was school principal. She worked closely with staff to design a model to elevate student learning, performance, and impactful engagement across several secondary schools in our district. I have been in education for nearly 30 years and her hands-on approach and personable aptitude strengthened the overall success of the project.”

— YASSMIN C. LEE, PH.D., EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, TALENT ACQUISITION AND DEVELOPMENT, FORTH WORTH INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT

"Eliza and her team worked with the district leadership on strategic planning, and provided professional development on the Plan/Do/Study/Act approach. Eliza also supported Burlington High School by facilitating a summer institute and working with the school team on several inquiry cycles, facilitating data analysis with an equity lens. She provided feedback on continuous improvement plans, which were submitted to the Vermont Agency of Education. Eliza’s strengths in listening and providing feedback were critical in helping the school and district level team members focus on sustainable, equitable changes. Her facilitation around problems of practice and continuous improvement cycles continues to be embedded in our strategic planning process."
